Priority1 Senior Territory Sales Manager Levi Carstensen

Levi Carstensen joined Priority1 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a territory sales manager in 2020, and was promoted to a senior territory sales manager in 2022. As a Priority1 sales representative, he is tasked with engaging in face-to-face meetings with potential customers, during which he learns about their product lines, operating procedures, and strategizes to optimize their supply chain. While consulting with potential customers, he shares his knowledge of supply chain management and how Priority1 can improve supply chain weaknesses and inefficiencies. After signing a new customer, Levi continues to nurture the professional relationship by improving shipping methods, upselling to new logistics procedures, and refining practices to maximize savings. He sold upwards of $12 million in shipments within four years of joining the company, generating around $3 million in gross profit for Priority1.

Before joining Priority1, Mr. Carstensen gained customer service experience during his time as a customer care representative at GN ReSound in Bloomington, MN. From 2018 to 2020 he assisted clients with the sale of more than $2 million worth of medical devices. His past positions also include serving as a legal clerk in the Brookings County State’s Attorney’s Office and business development representative for Sovos Compliance in Minnetonka.

In his free time, he is a fan of all things Minnesota and is a frequent watcher of the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Vikings, and University of Minnesota Golden Gopher football and hockey teams. He also plays recreational hockey in a local men's league, and is an avid reader.
